PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies for all assets. Manage full “life cycle” implementations. Develop statements of work and client proposals. Provide project leadership, governance and identification of business opportunities to increase profitability.

  • Develop and manage vendor relationships and interface with c-level executives. Manage resources and budgets and drive team by providing oversight. Provide deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes including AR/ AP/ LTV/ CA/ P&L/, tax planning, Asset Allocation. Lead all “R&D” and “Risk Management” activities. Ensure “QA” is in strict adherence with organizational requirements. Develop a “work breakdown structure” (WBS) and implementation of “Critical Path Methods” (CPM) for all scheduling of tasks associated with complex construction and development. Implementation of organizational hierarchy, Top Rank Objectives (TRO) and Goal congruencies. Spearhead, train and mentor all sales team members surrounding “B2C” and “B2B” Sales Initiatives.

    Key Accomplishments: BUSINESS MANAGEMENT /PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Development of strategic external and internal business/operational plans for stakeholders, in collaboration with appropriate constituents from various business disciplines, outlining “project” plans requiring equity financing which include current resources, growth opportunities, and sustainable competitive advantages that lead to high exit valuations and ultimate private equity financing activities in excess of $40 million. “Lead negotiator” for acquisition of 2000 acres of real estate.
  • Successful implementation of “Critical Path Methods” (CPM) with identification of parallel critical paths, sub-critical paths and non critical paths and effectively prune by “fast tracking” (performing more activities in parallel) and or “crashing the critical path” (adding more resources) for the complex “commercial and residential construction” of over 40 residential units, 60 multi-family units, and “land development” of over 300 acres of real estate spread across a 100 mile geographic radius.

  • Efficient and Profitable “Cost Engineering” and “Estimating” of all Construction Assets.
    Forward thinking as it pertains to contingency plans in case of environmental change effectively negotiating the strategic partnership and merger of 7 Real Estate / Development companies with collective combined assets and holdings of over $15 million.

  • Quarterly review of policies and strategies and assessment of progress.


    Key Accomplishments: SALES/MARKETING
    Development of comprehensive 1year, 3 year, and 5 year Marketing plan’s detailing “strategic planning” initiatives and sub sequential “action planning” outlining the corporate mission/vision utilizing the 7 “P” framework of Price, Product, Promotion, Placement, People, Physical environment and process, when necessary, ensuring proper geographic and demographic data has been quantifiably identified and the proper “timing” in execution of plan is considered to achieve growth rates over 483%.
  • “Interactive Marketing” (IMC) collaborations utilizing “search engine optimization” (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media, blogging, keyword optimization and email marketing/Web Development/Design/Conversion/Metrics/Analytics/Consulting channels in correlation with Media management platforms (TV, radio, newspaper, news channels, trade publications, PR/creative agencies) achieving annual sales over $4 million and website visitor click-thru’s over 1 million.
  • Comprehensive governance of the “Sales Management Process” from conception through planning, execution and control. Executive oversight of the “sales planning”, tracking, reporting, challenges, solutions and funnel processes ensuring milestones are met, benchmarking of best practices are documented and data management effectively recorded.
  • Train and mentor sales force (exceeding 50 members) in the art of persuasive selling incorporating the methodological approach of a systematic process of repetitive and measurable milestones, by which the sales person relates his/her offering of product or service in return enabling the buyer to achieve their goal in an economic way which has led to over $75 million in total sales volume.

  • Development and administration of cohesive HR programs that incorporate thorough job analysis, management styles and organizational culture taking into consideration demographics, diversity, skills and qualifications. Incorporating above stated into policies and practices for existing and new business ventures, including: hiring practices, salary planning, organization effectiveness, employee relations, training, manager coaching, and communications and performance management for over 100 employees / team members.

  • Utilization of “Organizational Matrix Management” (OMM) principles to develop cross-functional teams cultivating a Strong/Project Matrix. Ensuring the effective sharing of information across task boundaries and specialization to increase knowledge depths for professional development of over 40 teams at various professional levels.

  • Successful training and retention of employees through advocacy of “Employee Engagement” promoting active company involvement to further organizational growth. Increased productivity, higher customer service and bottom line increases as a result of organizational psychologies and application principles of well-being at work.

    Key Accomplishments: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
  • Maintain profitability, solvency, liquidity, and stability through comprehensive financial analysis of financial statements (income statements, cash flow and balance sheet reporting) comparing financial ratios ensuring Net profit / equity = return on equity, gross profits / balance sheet totals = return on assets.

  • P&L Management in excess of $20 million ensuring bottom line net income objectives are met while determining past performance in correlation to future performance as it relates to the capability of generating future cash flows.
· Maximum utilization of company assets and disposition of underperforming assets ensuring that highest and best use of the property is taken into consideration.

  • -Developed 65 Acres into a Planned Unit Development which was named "Highland Ranch" encompasses the above mentioned- 1 year build out.
  • -Development of 119 Acres into a Planned Unit Development which was named "Canyon Creek Falls" 2.5 year build out.
  • -Development of 50 Acres into a Planned Unit Development which was named "The Reserves at Stonewood Forest" 2.5 year build out.
  • -Advanced Negotiation and acquisition of a premier piece of commercial real estate acreage = 52 acres in excess of $5 million.
  • -(GC) for Construction of over 40 residential "New Construction" homes with an average retail price of $300,000.00 which included all service requirements post sale. Management of all "Sub-trades" licensures, state and local permitting were handled. Three "in house" construction crews were recruited, mentored and trained by me to ensure quality construction was achieved. Personal estimation of all costs, P&L and budget vs. actual.
  • -Disciplined in three construction practices including traditional stick framing, modular or sectional construction, and panelized construction.
  • -(GC) for Commercial construction of over 50 multi-family units.
  • -Achievement of "Top Ten Builder" award for a large scale modular manufacturer- Carolina Building Solutions 2003.
  • -Achieved 95% market penetration within the panelized sector by training and managing crews to be top producers and gaining most of Sterling Building Systems (Panelized Walls) construction in the region.
